Mack and Alicia Glass produce beef cattle, timber, corn, cotton, soybeans and peanuts in Jackson County. Six years ago they added citrus to their commodity mix by planting 600 Satsuma trees – an unusual commercial product for the Panhandle. The couple, pictured above in their Satsuma grove, has been harvesting and marketing the fruit for three seasons.
