Jorin is currently a Supply Chain Manager at Florida Crystals. A graduate in Agriculture Business from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Florida, Ouwinga specializes in optimizing supply chain dynamics. Ouwinga brings his commitment to industry advancement to the Florida Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Group, contributing valuable experience and strategic insight. His passion for sustainable agriculture and leadership skills makes him a valuable asset to the future of Florida farming. Beyond work, Ouwinga enjoys hunting, fishing and riding ATVs, embodying a balanced approach to life beyond the fields. Ouwinga resides in Loxahatchee, Fl, with his wife and daughter.
