Bonnie Bailey

Bonnie is a Duval County native, raised on a dairy and chicken farm on the west side of Jacksonville. Agriculture has always been a passion of hers. Bonnie and her husband, John, raised their three sons on part of the family farm where they still live and raise beef cows. Her parents were active Duval County Farm Bureau members, so Farm Bureau has always been a part of her life.

After her sons grew up, she was able to take a more hands on role with Duval County Farm Bureau, becoming a board member and serving as the Women’s Chair.

Bonnie’s desire is to spread the love of agriculture to the youth in her county and in Florida. She is starting with her nine grandchildren, who are involved in showing livestock, rodeos and riding horses. These grandchildren fill her life with joy and entertainment.
