Farm Bureau Women Committee District 5
District 5
Valerie Ansell
Valerie Ansell has three grown boys and a Rhodesian Ridgeback dog named Toby. She has a B.S. in education, business and psychology from Liberty University.
Valerie is a lifelong supporter of agriculture. She was raised in Pasco County where she was part of 4-H and showed dairy heifers. She has also served as a 4-H club leader and led exceptional Food Check-Out Day events that give farmers opportunities to meet directly with consumers as they make their food selections.
In her spare time, Valerie loves to do various DIY projects, garden and tend to her 1964 Ford.
Her favorite part of being on the Women’s Leadership Committee is the support she receives from other women.
Valerie served as the District 3 Women’s Leadership Representative for three years. This is her third year as the District 5 representative.
