Dr. Saundra TenBroeck, an associate professor for the Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Florida and the State Extension Horse Specialist, joins Florida Farm Bureau President Jeb S. Smith for the 12th episode of Rural Recharge.
Dr. TenBroeck has an impressive career in Florida agriculture and has shaped countless careers as a professor at the University of Florida. TenBroek’s accomplishments include serving as a student and club advisor at UF along with her professorship and extensive involvement in the Florida equine industry, FFA, 4-H and serving as a role model to young people throughout Florida.
Her most recent accomplishment is being named the 2023 Woman of the Year in Agriculture. TenBroeck will be recognized at the Florida State Fair on Monday, February 12, with a luncheon in her honor.
