No Trespassing Signs
Florida Farm Bureau Federation policy strongly supports and upholds the sanctity of private property rights upon which this country was founded. Exclusive to Florida Farm Bureau members, statute-compliant and enforceable No Trespassing signs are available to help protect your private property and commercial agricultural land.
Commercial Agricultural Property Signs (per Fla. Stat. 810.09 section (j))
Commercial agricultural property No Trespassing signs must:
- Be placed at each pedestrian and vehicle entrance
- Display the following notice in letters of at least 2 inches at each entrance:
“THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY.”
Cost: $34++ per sign
Personal Property Signs (per Fla. Stat. 810.011)
Personal property No Trespassing signs must:
- Be placed not more than 500 feet apart along each boundary of the land
- Be placed at each point of ingress (entrances/exits) in addition to the four corners and boundary spacing
Cost: $4.50++ per sign
