No Trespassing Signs

Commercial Agricultural Property signs per Fla. Stat. 810.09 section (j) No Trespassing signs must:

  • Be placed at “each pedestrian and vehicle entrance.”
  • Display in letters of at least 2 inches at each pedestrian and vehicle entrance in substantially the following manner: “THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY.”

Personal Property No Trespassing signs per Fla. Stat. 810.011:

  • Must be placed not more than 500 feet along each corner of the boundaries of the land
  • Are recommended to be placed at each point of ingress (entrances/exits) in addition to the four corners and 500 feet.
