Florida Farm Bureau Federation has released the tenth episode of its monthly podcast, Rural Recharge.
In this episode, FFBF President Jeb S. Smith sat down with Stephen Monroe of Jefferson County for a conversation about Florida history and Florida cracker cattle.
Monroe has a multigenerational legacy in Florida agriculture. He grew up working on his family’s ranch on Jefferson County and knows first-hand the importance of being a Voice of Ag. After much time spent in the saddle, Monroe became quite knowledgeable about the genre of Cowboy Poetry and has shared his talent on stage at the National Cowboy Poetry gathering in Elko, NV. Monroe is a true Florida cattleman, conservationist and talented poet.
