Mental Health

Farm life can be demanding and stressful. We have created this resource page to promote farmer and rancher mental health wellness.

First of its kind

Farmer Wellbeing Survey

The results from the statewide Mind Your Melon Farmer Wellbeing Survey in 2025 provide eye-opening, actionable data to help support the mental health and wellbeing of Florida farmers and ranchers.

Led by the co-founders of Mind Your Melon, representatives from Florida Farm Bureau Federation and researchers from the University of Florida, this collective group aims to turn evidence into impact through programs, policy and conversations that truly support agricultural communities.
